STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING
All shipping is only $5 and orders over $100 ship for FREE. Products ship in 3-4 business days, with the exception of custom-printed products (birth announcements and calling cards). Please allow 2 weeks for shipment of birth announcements and calling cards. We will notify you when your order is received and once your order has been shipped. We ship with USPS and UPS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly refund or exchange any unused Brella Baby product within 10 days of your purchase, with the exclusion of custom-printed products (birth announcements and calling cards). Please contact us at info@brellababy.com for a return authorization number. Refunds are only given on the cost of the product, not shipping and handling fees.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS
When purchasing our custom birth announcements, place your order and check out. Be sure to write down your order number at check out [it will later be used to reference your order]. After checking out, follow the link to the CUSTOM BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT FORM where you will enter the custom information regarding your child.

It is our aim to please. Feel free to email us if you have any questions or special requests regarding the custom options of your product. We will gladly be as accommodating as possible.

Once your order is placed, a pdf proof of your custom birth announcement will be emailed to you for your approval. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve your order. Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please allow 2 weeks from approval for shipment of your order. We will notify you once your order has shipped.

SENDING YOUR PHOTOGRAPH
If you purchased a large birth announcement with photograph, please email your photograph to: orders@brellababy.com. Please reference your order in the subject line. Send your photograph as a .jpg or .tif. Do not compress your photograph, and please do not send photographs larger than 2 MB. We can crop and edit a photograph, and will gladly convert any photograph to black and white or sepia tone, [There will be a place for you to specify any such special request when you enter your custom information] but keep in mind that we cannot improve the quality of the photograph you send.

CALLING CARDS
It is our aim to please. Feel free to email us if you have any special requests regarding the custom options of your product. We will gladly be as accommodating as possible.  A pdf proof of your custom calling card is available for a small fee.  Simply select this option when placing your order and a proof will be emailed to you for your approval. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve your order. Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please allow 1 week from approval for shipment of your order. We will notify you once your order has shipped.
